They also offered a wake-up service, so you won't oversleep. 🌅 It was great to have a shower, hair dryer, and bidet available - these little extras really made a difference. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the scorching Baghdad heat. It was like stepping into an oasis of coolness after a day exploring the city. The tour desk at the hotel was incredibly helpful in planning our sightseeing adventures. They gave us great recommendations and even helped us book a guided tour. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch. After a long day, we enjoyed kicking back and watching our favorite shows. It felt like we were in our own little cinema.
Payment process needs improvement.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing! It's within walking distance of some major attractions like the Freedom Monument and Tahrir Square. I even managed to stroll over to Al-Mutanabbi street without any trouble. The hotel and the surrounding area are safe, with plenty of restaurants and fast food options nearby. There's even a reliable currency exchange office just a short walk away. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value. The staff is knowledgeable and provided great travel tips. The hotel offers free water and tea in the lobby, which is a nice touch. The breakfast buffet, though simple, is sufficient and they even serve hot soup. I found this hotel to be a great budget option, offering a large and comfortable room with strong air conditioning. The breakfast is included and there's even a refrigerator in the room. The staff here is truly outstanding, with the manager speaking English and being available for assistance via WhatsApp. The hotel is clean, safe, and secure, located close to Tahrir Square. The lobby and sitting area are well-kept and offer a comfortable space to relax. The hotel provides power points near the beds, suitable for both UK and two-prong plugs. During my five-night stay, I found the currency exchange just 300 meters away and a small shop conveniently located across the road. Wifi worked flawlessly and I even got a local sim card from Zain at Baghdad Mall. I had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff was kind and helpful, exceeding my expectations. Just remember to book in advance, as budget options in the city are limited. The hotel's generator ensures that even if the power goes out, it comes back quickly.
